Refund Policy

LighterHub provides a free trial so you can test the API before purchasing credits or time-boxed API passes. Paid purchases are final once completed, with the limited exceptions below.

All purchases are final

Paid credit purchases are non-refundable once completed, including unused credits. Time-boxed API passes are also non-refundable once access has been provisioned, except where LighterHub cannot provide a valid API response for a valid onboarding request. Please use the free trial to confirm the API works for your workload before buying prepaid credits or a pass.

Credit expiration

LighterHub reserves the right to expire unused prepaid credits three hundred sixty-five (365) days after purchase. Promotional bonus credits have no cash value and may expire on the same schedule or earlier if campaign terms say so. Expired credits are not refundable.

Billing corrections

If you believe there was a duplicate charge or billing error, email founder [at] lighterhub.app from the email associated with your account. Include:

We respond within 2 business days. Eligible billing corrections are processed within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within an additional 5-10 days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Accounts with chargebacks are suspended while the issue is checked.
