Refund Policy

LighterHub now quotes paid access after workload review. Written quote details, setup scope, benchmark scope, access limits, and capacity terms control the purchase. Paid purchases are final once completed, except for the limited cases below.

All purchases are final

Paid workload reviews, benchmark work, evaluation access, and quoted capacity purchases are non-refundable once work begins or access is provisioned, except where LighterHub cannot provide the written paid scope.

Historical purchases

Historical self-serve purchases, if any, remain governed by the refund terms shown at the time of purchase unless replaced by a later written agreement.

Limited exceptions

• Duplicate charges or billing errors may be corrected or refunded to the original payment method.
• Provisioning failure may be refunded if LighterHub cannot provide the quoted evaluation or capacity access.
• Written-scope failure may be refunded, credited, or extended if LighterHub cannot provide the paid scope described in writing.
• Refunds required by law will be handled according to the applicable legal requirement.

Scheduled capacity changes

Scheduled evaluation windows or capacity windows may be rescheduled only by written agreement. Any bonus, courtesy, or make-good time has no cash value and is not refundable as money.

What's not refundable

• Completed review or benchmark work after LighterHub has started the paid scope.
• Provisioned access after a valid API route or capacity window has been made available according to the quote.
• Access suspended or terminated for key sharing, resale, public proxying, abusive automation, prohibited content, or other Terms violations.
• Charges tied to access terminated for violating the Terms of Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, prohibited content).

Billing corrections

If you believe there was a duplicate charge or billing error, email founder [at] lighterhub.app from the email used for the quote or API access. Include:

• The receipt, quote reference, or your API key's email
• A short description of the suspected duplicate charge or billing error

We respond within 2 business days. Eligible billing corrections are processed within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within an additional 5-10 days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Accounts with chargebacks are suspended while the issue is checked.
