LighterHub now quotes paid access after workload review. Written quote details, setup scope, benchmark scope, access limits, and capacity terms control the purchase. Paid purchases are final once completed, except for the limited cases below.
Paid workload reviews, benchmark work, evaluation access, and quoted capacity purchases are non-refundable once work begins or access is provisioned, except where LighterHub cannot provide the written paid scope.
Historical self-serve purchases, if any, remain governed by the refund terms shown at the time of purchase unless replaced by a later written agreement.
Scheduled evaluation windows or capacity windows may be rescheduled only by written agreement. Any bonus, courtesy, or make-good time has no cash value and is not refundable as money.
If you believe there was a duplicate charge or billing error, email founder [at] lighterhub.app from the email used for the quote or API access. Include:
We respond within 2 business days. Eligible billing corrections are processed within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within an additional 5-10 days.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your bank. Accounts with chargebacks are suspended while the issue is checked.
